DIY: Simple, Cute, Skirt

If your looking for a unique skirt for a Christmas, or New Years party here is an idea.

This little skirt involves NO sewing!! Its SUPER easy to make.

1: Take a mens dress shirt

2: Wear it around your waist (I was able to use the 3rd button down)

3: Button it up. (But skip a button or two to make a drape)

4: Tie the arms around.
